A Google Form is a great way to gather information related to meetings or conferences and survey data. Here, you will be able to learn step by step on how to create a google form and share it with people for collecting survey data.
Step 1: Login with your Gmail account.
Step 3: Click on Blank or (+) symbol to create a form.
Step 4: Give a title and description to your form and start entering your questions.
There are many options like short answer, paragraph answer, multiple choice, checkboxes (for multiple selection), dropdown, file upload, linear scale (lets you set a scale from 0 or 1), and other options.
Step 5: Click on the (+) symbol on the right side of the form to add next question.
Step 6: Likewise you can upload an image, video, import questions and break the form into sections.
Step 7: Click on the toggle bar on the right bottom corner if the question is not optional and the respondent has to answer that question.
Step 8: Click on customise theme button to change the look of your Form.
Step 9: Click on the Settings button to change the settings of your form. Please be careful while changing the settings.
Step 10: Preview the form by filling it for yourself before sending it to others. You can preview the form by clicking the eye button on the header section.
Step 11: Click on the Send button to send the form via mail. link or embed it in your blog to receive responses.
Note: Click on the responses tab to see all the responses and stop receiving further responses.
